The vehicles has been delivered in Le Havre two weeks ago and are on their way to Lima, Peru, now. We will pick them up in the beginning of January to start the first stage of the rally at the 7th of January with 6 riders. It is time to give them a short introduction.

Carlos Gracida

Carlos, from Mexico, starts the Dakar for the 5th time in 2019. He made his Dakar debute in our team in 2014 . Bikes and Racing are Carlos’ passion and Dakar has become his life dream since he rode his first bike (Yamaha 50cc) at 8 years old.
“I saw the Dakar race on TV and I knew someday I would love and have to race it! It is the combination of feelings, freedom, loneliness, adventure, huge mental and physical challenge and the sensation of a touch of your own soul on the way, that I believe makes this race so special.

Marcel Piek

Marcel will start the Dakar Rally for the first time. He is addicted to the rally since the very beginning of the rally and it is a dream coming true that he will participate himself in 2019. Marcel started riding motorbikes at the age of 13 and never stopped doing that. His first rally was the Hellas Rally in Greece in 2015, he rode a few more rallies since that time and is ready to start the Dakar in 2019!
